Return Policy

• For an order to be cancelled, email colorsandshinestore@gmail.com within 30 minutes of purchase with your name and order number.

• Exchanges are welcome within 7 days of delivery. To request an exchange, email colorsandshinestore@gmail.com with your name and order number.
• Particular items are non-exchangeable, such as customized/made-to-order items. Items must be in the original condition to receive an exchange.
• Buyers are generally responsible for return shipping costs (exclusions may apply), and the shipping cost of the original purchase is deducted from the exchange credit.

• We are accepting return requests within 3 days of delivery, but shipping fees are not included in refunds. To request a return, email colorsandshinestore@gmail.com with your name and order number.

• To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be shipped within 7 days of delivery in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• Certain items cannot be returned; this includes custom products (such as special orders or one-of-a-kind personalized items).
